Exotica Group is a diversified conglomerate with an extensive portfolio in real estate, construction, hospitality, and trading. Our major ventures—Exotica Homes Ltd., Exotica Asset Holdings Ltd. and Exotica Sampan Hotel & Resort—are known for delivering excellence and innovation in the respective sectors.
Construction of Exotica Group started with the establishment of Tasnuva Enterprise in 1992 as a first-class civil contractor and supplier of Military Engineer Services (MES). After 20 years of the successful journey of Tasnuva Enterprise, Exotica Homes Ltd. was established in 2012 as a real estate company to contribute construction of high-quality residential and commercial properties in Bangladesh. Worthwhile to mention that Exotica Homes Ltd. was vibrant in the real estate development sector through its quality of work and time-commitment. Exotica received REHAB membership and RAJUK enlistment within a very short period.

Chairman
He has 30 years of experience in construction and development of various public infrastructures as an enlisted contractor of Bangladesh Army, Public Works Department and other government and private agencies.
ANWAR KAMAL PASHA
Vice Chairman
Mr. Pasha has deep experience of managing complex international businesses across dynamic and changing markets .He also has a beneficial interest in Daniel Shipping Lines and he is the owner of Lubna Properties Limited, UK. He is also a Director of Lubna Fashiontex UK Limited. He is currently the Chairman of the Executive Committee of CVC Finance Limited.
MD. RAKIBUL HAQUE
Managing Director of Exotica Homes Ltd.
He is an Erasmus Mundus scholar and has received post-graduation in Environmental Science from the University of Manchester, UK. Mr. Rakib is passionate to focus on sustainable and green development in construction sector in Bangladesh and always in endeavor to adopt modern concept of housing that ensures accommodation for the mass population of this land hungry country.
LT. COL. MD. LUTFAR RAHMAN BOKSHI (RETD)
Director Corporate Relations
Lt. Col. Md. Lutfar Rahman Bokshi (Retd) served Bangladesh Army for 31 years in many different administrative, managerial, logistical, instructional, command and different headquarters’ staff appointments. He is a graduate of Fort Gordon, US Army and attained specialized training and field experiences from different countries around the world including Australia, Turkey and Hungary. He commanded one Signal Battalion under Divisional HQ. Col Bokshi obtained BSc in Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering from MIST, Masters in Information and System Securities from BUP and MBA from South East University. He received numerous medals and awards including the prestigious “SGP- Sena Gaurob Podak” for his bravery in BD Army. Lt. Col. Bokshi joined the Exotica Group as a sponsor Director after his retirement from Bangladesh Army, and presently his responsibilities include development of Jolshiri Abashon based residential projects and business development with public and corporate sectors. His leadership and outstanding communication skills elevate the growth of Exotica Group to a higher level.
MD. SHAFIQUL HAQUE
Director, Operations
Mr. Shafiq has completed his graduation in 1987. He has been doing business in the construction sector since 1996. He is the key project operator in the field and managing sales and marketing of the company. He has versatile negotiation ability and been playing a significant role in furnishing joint venture agreements with landowners on behalf of Exotica Homes Ltd.
Mr. Shafiq has commendable capacity in dispute mitigation and managing construction sites for smooth operations of the project.
He is also conversant and socially engaged with various social activities.
MD. RIAZUL HAQUE
Director, Financial Management
Md. Riazul Haque is a post graduate from Department of Finance of Dhaka University. As Finance Director of this company, he is responsible for executing finance operations of this company. Mr. Riaz gained extensive experience in garment manufacturing and export related business operations as Operations Directors of Glare Fashions Ltd. Moreover, he is at present also serving as the Country Manager of Poke Jeans, a Polish Brand out sourcing garments from Bangladesh.
He is the proprietor of Global Trims, a garment accessories manufacturing company in Bangladesh.
