Exotica Group is a diversified conglomerate with an extensive portfolio in real estate, construction, hospitality, and trading. Our major ventures—Exotica Homes Ltd., Exotica Asset Holdings Ltd., and Exotica Sampan Hotel & Resort—are known for delivering excellence and innovation in respective sectors.
Construction of Exotica Group started with the establishment of Tasnuva Enterprise in 1992 as a first-class civil contractor and supplier of Military Engineer Services (MES). After 20 years of successful journey of Tasnuva Enterprise, Exotica Homes Ltd was established in 2012 as a real estate company to contribute construction of high-quality residential and commercial properties in Bangladesh. Worthwhile to mention that Exotica Homes Ltd was vibrant in the real estate development sector through its quality of works and time-commitment. Exotica received REHAB membership and RAJUK enlistment within a very short period.

Mr. Pasha has deep experience of managing complex international businesses across dynamic and changing markets .He also has a beneficial interest in Daniel Shipping Lines and he is the owner of Lubna Properties Limited, UK. He is also a Director of Lubna Fashiontex UK Limited. He is currently the Chairman of the Executive Committee of CVC Finance Limited.
MD. SHAHIDUL HAQUE

He has 30 years of experience in construction and development of various public infrastructures as an enlisted contractor of Bangladesh Army, Public Works Department and other government and private agencies.
MD. RAKIBUL HAQUE
Managing Director of Exotica Homes Ltd.
He is an Erasmus Mundus scholar and has received post graduation in Environmental Science from the University of Manchester, UK. Mr. Rakib is passionate to focus on sustainable and green development in construction sector in Bangladesh and always in endeavor to adopt modern concept of housing that ensures accommodation for the mass population of this land hungry country.
